Please, take into consideration that to process your request it is essential for us to have before LOI and BCL completed from Your side.
Buyer sends LOI (Letter of Intent) and BCL to seller for confirmation of transaction.
Seller confirms possibility of sale and sends FCO.
Buyer signs FCO and sends it back.
Seller issues draft of the contract to discuss it with buyer.
Buyer signs the contract and sends it back.
Buyer provides inactive financial instrument.
Seller provides certificate of quality and PB 2% to activate the financial instrument.
Shipment after the insurance of 110% of the cost of goods marks the beginning of sale transaction in accordance with the signed contract.
Terms of payment
We accept the following terms of payment: 100% BG / LC FFSB
